Welcome to ALN Agency. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services offered by ALN Media. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Who we are

ALN Agency is a digital marketing agency based in the Netherlands, providing full-service marketing, corporate workshops, and strategic consulting to businesses. These terms apply to all visitors to alnmedia.com and to all clients who engage ALN Media for services.

Use of the website

By using alnagency.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You must not use our website to:

Our services

ALN Agency offers digital marketing services including but not limited to: full-service marketing management, paid advertising, content creation, brand strategy, corporate workshops, and strategic consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any service engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal between ALN Media and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

Quotes, proposals and agreements

All quotes and proposals provided by ALN Agency are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A service agreement only comes into effect once both parties have confirmed acceptance in writing — either via a signed contract, a written confirmation by email, or payment of an agreed deposit.

ALN Agency reserves the right to decline any project or client engagement at its sole discretion.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. ALN Agency reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of late or non-payment, and to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with Dutch law.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. ALN Agency will apply VAT where required under applicable Dutch and EU regulations.

Intellectual property

All content on alnagency.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of ALN Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

With respect to deliverables created for clients: ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ALN Agency retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients engaging ALN Agency for services agree to:
 

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of services.

  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes agreed upon.

  • Ensure that any materials, content, or assets provided to ALN Media do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Take responsibility for the accuracy of information they provide and for any decisions made based on our advice or recommendations.
     

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information or approvals may affect agreed timelines. ALN Agency shall not be held liable for such delays.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared in the course of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation continues after the termination of any service agreement.

Limitation of liability

ALN Agency provides its services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific results such as a particular increase in revenue, traffic, or conversions. Marketing outcomes are influenced by many external factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, ALN Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools and platforms. These are provided for convenience only. ALN Agency has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. In the absence of a specified notice period, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required. ALN Agency reserves the right to terminate a service agreement immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that is harmful to ALN Media or its reputation.

Upon termination, any outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Deliverables completed up to the point of termination remain the property of ALN Agency until full payment is received.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

ALN Agency reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
